CDCB email notifications sent to individuals included in the Nominator's contact list

Higher fee code notification

An email notification will be sent to each person included in the Nominator's contact list when a fee increases (fee code is changed from lower to higher).

Example:

Subject: HIGHER FEE CODE assigned for animal(s) nominated by NOMINATORNAME !- PLEASE REVIEW FEE CODE(S)

The following animal(s) got their fee code updated for a higher fee. PLEASE REVIEW the assigned fee code and apply/request any change you deem necessary.
In general, this occurs when the animal (or its dam) cannot be found in the provided GROUP_NAME.
Note that changes need to be applied BEFORE THE CUTOFF or 2 DAYS BEFORE RELEASE DATE.
--> No reimbursement is allowed in case of nominator failure to update the fee codes<--
