DOB limitation for foreign bulls

Young bulls not enrolled in NAAB or with NAAB status "C" are typically not released after they are older than 15MO. The actual rule considers a non-enrolled (or enrolled with NAAB status "C") foreign bull to be not publishable if he's older than 486 days on the 1st day of the month of the release. Note that exceptions for certain countries (e.g. Germany) apply.
For your convenience, the DOB threshold is provided here for each genomic release date. Bulls born before or on the following dates will not receive an evaluation unless enrolled in NAAB with a status different than "C" (see https://www.naab-css.org/status-code-allowance). Note that current publication policy for enrolled bulls with status different than "C" is to publish their evaluation updates only during triannual runs (April, August and December). Exceptions apply to DEU CDDR exchanged bulls that receive private evaluations (not in public files) from 10 to 24 months old and Interbull Intergenomics Bronw Swiss animals that are released in their first evaluation regardless of age.
