Create a format1G (YYYYMMDD.1GX)¶

Format1G is a Format1 that includes nomination data. A Format1 becomes a Format1G by placing a “G” at byte position 88 and by including nomination information:

• SampleID @54-70
• GroupID @130-137
• Recipient code @138
• Genomic Fee code @139
• Herd code difference reason code @140 (if applicable).

• Group ID is an 8 digit numbers/characters/both that indicate where the animal/dam locate. This field is used to validate the fee code. Detailed information can be found at : CDCB Fee Schedule for Genomic Evaluation Fees
